Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of corporate travel coordination experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret travel spend and savings.

Responsabilités

• Concierge-Level travel support for flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Centralized travel coordination and cost management for the Operations team.
• Provide proactive, individualized assistance and seamless itineraries.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, and HR to ensure policy compliance and spend reporting.
• Track spend, savings, and usage trends for leadership reporting.
• Suggest tools and process improvements to boost efficiency and visibility.
