Capstone Logistics in Bellefontaine, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a unique hybrid role serving on local and travel teams. You'll be part of your home warehouse when at home and deploy 6+ weeks at partner facilities across the country, supporting start-ups, transitions, and high-volume operations.

You'll lead by example with a strong work ethic, adapt to new environments, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25-75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work different shifts and schedules based on project requirements
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight
• Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product
• Building and wrapping pallets
• Moving freight safely throughout the facility
• Operating warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
• Auditing, counting, and verifying product
• Supporting warehouse start-ups and operational transitions
• Helping teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Learning and following site-specific processes
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership
