Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Worthington, MN. This role features a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- One year's recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per obstetric protocol.
- Prepare equipment and assist physician during labor and delivery.
- Provide immediate postpartum care for mother and newborn.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists.
- Respond to obstetric emergencies using evidence-based protocols.
- Document care and interventions in the medical record.
