Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Shakopee, MN. The role includes 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a start date of 10/05/2026.

You’ll work within a skilled obstetric team delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a travel setting. The ideal candidate has one year of L&D experience, an active RN license, and current BLS; NRP certification is required.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery
• Administer medications and treatments per obstetric nursing protocols
• Assist in labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Monitor fetal status and perform fetal monitoring
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and nursing staff
• Ensure patient safety and documentation of care in the medical record
