Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fergus Falls, MN. You will provide obstetric nursing care, monitor maternal and fetal health, and collaborate with the obstetric team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires one year of L&D experience, valid RN license, and current BLS; NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and other certifications are preferred. Travel compensation includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per obstetric nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during labor and delivery.
• Provide immediate postpartum care and newborn assessment.
• Collaborate with obstetric teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document care and interventions accurately in medical records.
