Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing announces a travel RN Labor & Delivery assignment in Silver Spring, MD. You will work 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, on a 13-week contract starting 10/11/2026. Active RN license and an accredited nursing degree are required, with 18+ months of acute care L&D experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor & Delivery setting.
• Active RN license and degree from accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery Nurses provide care to women and their newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and families after birth.
