Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. The position runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, on a 12-hour night shift, and travel employment.

Requirements include an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18+ months of recent L&D experience in acute care, plus BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS and AWHONN certifications. Benefits include weekly pay and housing options.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to mothers and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Identify and respond to potential high-risk problems.
• Educate and support families after delivery.
