MedPro Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the United States. This RN position is a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour work week, featuring 12-hour day shifts in a travel capacity.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and has 18+ months of recent acute care L&D experience. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications.
• 18+ months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Identify potential high-risk problems and respond accordingly.
• Educate and support mothers and families after delivery.
