Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in low voltage or telecom.
• Wiring, setup, install of networks: Fiber, Cat5E, CAT6, Coax, Wireless & Analog.
• Understanding of configurations and network infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of cable and jack repair.
• TCP/IP, Routers, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices.
• Reliable personal vehicle, Laptop, own cable tools, Ladder.

Responsibilities

• Apply skills described above to resolve clients’ issues.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, network issues & peripherals.
• Helping end users understand software & hardware.
• Travel to multiple clients per week around the Greater Seattle Area.
