Qualifikationen

• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, networking, and hardware support.
• Experience with printers, mobile devices, conference room tech, and endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, POS, CCTV, navigation systems, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues with minimal escalation.
• Manage service tickets and document work with timely resolutions.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and urgency; support devices across vessels, terminals, offices, and remote sites.
