Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 16-week assignment in Easton, MD. The IR tech will assist with minimally invasive procedures, operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 40 hours per week with day shifts, and eligibility for benefits, licensure reimbursement, and recruiter support are included as part of the travel package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
• Valid ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS or PALS/ENPC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for IR procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in, passing instruments, maintaining sterile field.
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
