Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. You’ll support IR procedures, prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 1 year IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES, and current BLS. Preferred ACLS/PALS and state licensure. Benefits and weekly pay accompany this travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details.
• Provide patient education before, during and after procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety measures and infection control standards.
