Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR tech) for a 20-week travel assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland. You will assist physicians during minimally invasive procedures, operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment, and support a fast-paced interventional lab.

Requires ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification and current BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Start date 08/31/2026 with 40 hours/week on day shifts in a travel role offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year's recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound, to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
