Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Travel Insulation Lead to manage a field team performing scaffold and insulation work across regional sites. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and coordinating crews to meet project timelines.

The position requires 5–7 years in construction/industrial environments with management experience, knowledge of scaffolding and insulation, and strong communication skills. Travel to multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular and system scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Create and track all scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to determine their needs and recommend services.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and the hth companies Safety Program.
• Actively develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
