Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Travel Insulation Lead to manage day-to-day activities of a team of laborers, carpenters, and helpers across regional sites. You will ensure safety and quality, read blueprints, schedule manpower, and handle emergency work with minimal notice.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some leadership; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proficient with safety protocols and Microsoft Office; OSHA 30 training within 60 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in construction/industrial field, with some management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Safety principles and OSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding or temporary structures.
• Meet hth Competent Scaffold training requirements.
• Create and track scaffold tickets onsite.
• Supervise crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment available safely.
• Travel to regional locations, transporting equipment as needed.
• Engage with prospects and clients to determine needs and propose services.
• Demonstrate value and practical applications of services to customers.
• Enforce safety to comply with OSHA and company program.
• Foster a positive safety culture and strong client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
