Job summary

hth companies, a Midwest industrial services provider, seeks a Travel Insulation Lead to manage day-to-day field operations, supervise laborers, carpenters, and helpers, and ensure safety and quality at various regional sites.

You will oversee scaffold and insulation activities, schedule crews, coordinate equipment and materials, read blueprints, and respond to emergencies with minimal notice while leading a high-performing team and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Teams and Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Schedule crews and coordinate equipment, materials, and safety compliance on site.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while maintaining strong client relations.
• Read blueprints and manage field operations, including emergency work with little notice.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety programs and ensure quality of services.
