Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Travel Insulation Lead to manage daily field operations for insulation and scaffolding work across the Midwest. You will supervise labor crews, schedule activities, ensure safety, read blueprints, and coordinate equipment deliveries while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction/industrial settings with management experience, is bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and adept at communication and teamwork in fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in industrial settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling.
• Meet hth Competent Scaffold training requirements.
• Create and track scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Supervise crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews and verify equipment onsite for safety.
• Drive and haul equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to assess needs.
• Explain service value and tailor solutions.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety program.
• Foster a positive safety culture.
• Liaise with regional site leadership and maintain client relationships.
• Develop a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.
