Job summary

hth companies seeks a Travel Insulation Lead to supervise a team of laborers, carpenters, and helpers, ensuring safety and quality across regional sites. You will oversee scaffold and insulation activities, schedule workers, and coordinate equipment flow.

The role requires reading blueprints, managing manpower, and responding to urgent requests. You will lead field foremen, drive project progress, and maintain client relations while upholding OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular and system scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Meet hth Competent Scaffold training requirements.
• Create and track all scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Supervise crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify equipment is available onsite for safety.
• Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and propose services.
• Demonstrate the value of services tailored to customer needs.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA and the Safety Program.
• Foster a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Liaise with site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on service.
