Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Travel Insulation Lead to manage day-to-day activities of a diverse crew and ensure safety and quality of services. You will oversee scaffold and insulation operations, schedule workers, and coordinate equipment and materials at multiple regional sites.

The role requires reading blueprints, managing manpower, and handling emergency work with little notice. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or temporary structures.
• Meet hth Competent Scaffold training requirements.
• Create and track scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Supervise crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment is available onsite for safety.
• Drive and move equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company program.
• Foster a positive safety culture and workplace.
• Coordinate with site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
