Matlock Mechanical, based in Jackson, TN, seeks an HVAC Ductwork Supervisor to own field operations and lead sheet metal crews on large-scale projects. This traveling role involves assignments throughout Tennessee and across the United States.

The candidate must manage field personnel, read blueprints, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety and quality. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience.
• At least 2 years of crew supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation.
• Experience with rectangular and spiral duct systems.
• Familiarity with roof curb installation and related equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Proven ability to lead field personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
