Job summary

Everus is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee HVAC duct installation projects in North Carolina. You will lead a crew of up to five, manage day-to-day field activities, and ensure tasks align with blueprints, specs, and shop drawings.

This role requires strong coordination with General Contractors, inspectors, and clients, with emphasis on safety and timely delivery. The position involves planning installation sequences, fabricating offsets, and communicating effectively with the fabrication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC duct installation and sheet metal work.
• Ability to lead a crew of up to five field personnel.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and duct sizing.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Superintendent and manage day-to-day field activities.
• Install sheet metal ductwork and assist with project tasks.
• Read blueprints, specs, and shop drawings to determine installation methods.
• Plan installation sequence and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and coordinate material orders.
