Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to support our Hospice ministry. You will manage a primary caseload and deliver skilled nursing care to patients and families in accordance with physician orders and hospice standards.

This full-time, first-shift traveling role covers Batavia, Maineville, Loveland, Lebanon, and Springboro, with benefits including DailyPay, tuition assistance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• 2–4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• Provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies.
