Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a Universal Hospice RN to handle weekend on-call and provide skilled nursing care in Logan, Champaign, Hardin and Auglaize Counties. This PRN role supports our hospice ministry and partners with families and caregivers.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Ohio RN license required, with 2–4 years hospice or home care experience; weekend on-call schedule may include shift variations. Otterbein offers mission-driven work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an approved program.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• 2–4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients, families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio licensure laws and agency policies.
