Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our mission-focused team. This full-time traveling role covers Batavia, Maineville, Loveland, Lebanon, and Springboro in Ohio, delivering skilled nursing care to patients at home and supporting families and caregivers.

You will manage a primary caseload, adhere to Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, and collaborate with physicians, chaplains, and social workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• 2–4 years direct hospice or home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients, families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with hospice guidelines.
• Manage a primary caseload and coordinate with the broader care team.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Hospice Nurse.

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience: A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
