Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. seeks an Operations Training Manager to assess and address training needs, develop action plans, and boost site performance. You will partner with the L&D team and act as SME on best practices, reporting to Resort Operations Divisional Leadership.

This role requires frequent travel (about 50% monthly) and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Apply your expertise to elevate operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or related field, or equivalent relatable work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations leadership, training management, or similar roles focused on enhancing site performance within hospitality.
• Conversational fluency in English and Spanish or Creole; strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose training needs and develop tailored action plans with site leaders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize learning technologies to measure training impact and track completion across sites.
• Apply methods to measure training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback.
• Coach site leaders to create and execute operations action plans aligned with HR partners.
• Provide guidance to field teams to drive early adoption of new training initiatives.
• Audit training processes for consistency and report on certification metrics monthly.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to prioritize training, support new site launches, and address underperforming locations.
