Job summary

H Mart is seeking a results-oriented Training Specialist to lead on-site programs for store employees nationwide. You will deliver engaging training in English and Spanish, localize manuals into Spanish, and support front-line staff with practical coaching and e-learning modules.

You will collaborate with store managers and regional leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training strategies, requiring travel to multiple locations and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Korean preferred.
• Experience in retail/L&D or supervisory roles in grocery.
• Experience building internal trainer programs for store teams.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site training sessions for retail staff at various H Mart locations.
• Deliver bilingual training in English and Spanish; translate materials to Spanish.
• Localize corporate manuals and SOPs into Spanish for store floor use.
• Use hands-on coaching, job shadowing, and e-learning to train staff.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions.
