Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Patient Transportation/Observation, project management, account start up, operational leadership, or healthcare support services experience preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR or BLS class.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• General business acumen linking operations, client relationships, staffing, and financials to outcomes.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel ~60-70% as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work including start-ups, transitions, rollouts and enhancements.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and training materials for successful implementation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to regional leadership."
• Provide interim management support for accounts with vacancies or instability.
• Assist daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and monitor service quality and performance.
