Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to drive new business start-ups and oversee program rollouts in a highly dynamic healthcare support environment.

You will collaborate with regional leadership and client stakeholders to stabilize operations, monitor performance, and support service outcomes. A strong travel schedule (60–70%) is a core aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in patient transportation/observation, project management, account start-up, or healthcare support services preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR or BLS class.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task.
• Good business acumen; understand how operations, client relations, staffing and finances impact outcomes.
• Proficiency with Windows-based Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel approximately 60–70% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work: start-ups, transitions, rollouts, improvements.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor progress, identify barriers, and propose solutions to regional leadership.
• Assist in sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and assessments.
• Provide interim management support for vacancies or instability as needed.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and program quality.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and readiness reviews.
• Train hourly staff and management on orientation and ongoing education.
