Job summary

Diamond Game is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain lottery ticket dispensing machines and related equipment. The role emphasizes customer service as much as technical support, with travel within Missouri and occasional overnight stays.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with teams to keep gaming systems running reliably, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years technical/electrical experience or technical degree/certification preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Log calls and route or escalate issues as needed.
• Perform diagnostic checks, maintenance and repairs on Diamond Game equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and installations/upgrades.
• Record actions in reporting software and meet SLA timelines.
