Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field service or technical support experience.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair InstroTek testing instruments.
• Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
