Job summary

ProMach’s Shuttleworth operation in Huntington, IN is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, rebuild and maintain material handling and automated conveyor systems at customer sites across the U.S. and abroad.

This is a travel-intensive role requiring about 85% travel, with startup, troubleshooting, and service duties managed on site. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, and the ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and

• 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent training.
• Willing and able to travel ~85% of the time, with valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite field service at customer locations: installation, startup, troubleshooting, repair, and training with ~85% travel.
• Dismantle machines and equipment to access problem areas and replace worn parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and ladder logic; troubleshoot wiring and logic programs.
