Job summary

InVeris is seeking a field service professional to travel to customer sites across the United States, installing and training on virtual training equipment. This temporary position requires up to 85–95% travel, with installations typically lasting several days and possible longer assignments.

You will troubleshoot, document activities, and support various company functions on-site. Applicants should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and an ability to read engineering drawings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Experience or background in military or law enforcement desired.
• Ability to travel up to 85–95% and work on-site at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install InVeris virtual training equipment and train users on operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; implement solutions.
• Prepare written reports of installation and service activities.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone to resolve problems.
• Support help desk when on-site and assist with other company areas as needed.
• Edit or revise documentation for installation and maintenance.
