Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation is seeking an ITS Field Service Technician to install and repair Intelligent Transportation Systems across the United States, with a territory covering Virginia. The role requires rotating shifts, extensive travel, and overtime in a fast-paced team environment under the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities include customer training, on-site service, and accurate record-keeping using our web-based ticketing tool.

Qualifications

• Electronics technology degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid passport and ability to travel regionally.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; DOT medical exam bi-annually.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair ITS equipment at client sites.
• Train customers on system use and maintain records.
• Coordinate with support, engineering, and sales to resolve issues.
• Perform on-site testing, maintenance, and documentation.
