Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer facilities across the US, install and service Hoosier Feeder products, and provide user training as needed.

You will read drawings and schematics, safely operate tools, and document service reports. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential in a small, growing company with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel extensively.
• Proven technical capabilities in installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment.
• Experience with TIG welding.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers.

• Interest in working in a small, growing company with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the US to provide service support for new and existing products. (Occasional international travel may be required)
• Act as a company representative ensuring customer concerns and requests are met
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in the field
• Install new equipment and provide user training when required
• Read and utilize machine drawings including electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Safely utilize and maintain tools and power equipment
• Complete service reports and coordinate with office manager to complete jobs
• Provide quality and process improvement feedback to manufacturing team
