Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Travel & Expense Supervisor (Corporate) to oversee the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of travel, expense, and corporate card programs at the Legacy West campus in Plano.

This hybrid role partners with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance and cost efficiency while supporting financial goals. You will manage policy enforcement, reporting, and vendor contracts, coach employees on travel guidelines, and support year-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or travel expenses.
• Experience with corporate card programs and expense systems preferred.
• Proficient with financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee travel, expense and corporate card policy governance.
• Manage relationships with TMCs, expense system providers, and card vendors.
• Produce reports for expense management, budget oversight, and policy compliance.
• Support year-end close activities and audits; assist with contract management.
• Provide training on travel, expense, and card policies to employees.
