Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Travel & Expense Supervisor (Corporate) to manage the travel, expense, and corporate card programs from our Plano, Texas campus.

This hybrid role partners with internal teams to ensure policy compliance, cost efficiency, and a positive user experience. The role emphasizes governance, vendor relationships, and process improvement across travel, expense management systems, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, accounts payable, travel and expense management, or related analytical role.
• Experience administering corporate card and expense management programs preferred.
• Experience with financial systems and business software applications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enforce, and optimize travel, expense, and corporate card policies.
• Oversee relationships with travel vendors and expense system providers.
• Provide reporting and analysis to support expense management and budget oversight.
• Support vendor contracts and supplier agreements related to travel and expenses.
• Deliver training on policies and procedures and assist with audits and year-end close.
