Job summary

Grainger in Chicago is seeking a Corporate Travel Program Lead to oversee the enterprise-wide travel program within Indirect Procurement. This hybrid role combines strategy with day-to-day execution to deliver compliant, cost-conscious travel experiences.

You will manage supplier performance, partner with internal stakeholders at all levels, and develop KPIs to track success. The position requires collaboration, data analysis, and onsite presence two days weekly at Chicago or Lake Forest offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant program management experience in indirect procurement.
• 3+ years in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing multiple internal partner requests and prioritizing by risk.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grainger's Corporate Travel Program within Indirect Procurement.
• Develop travel strategies, policies, and governance for a compliant, scalable program.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract compliance.
• Analyze data and traveler feedback to improve program effectiveness and costs.
• Collaborate with internal leaders from Manager to EVP to enhance policies.
• Define KPIs to measure program success and progress toward objectives.
