This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of travel and expense experience, with proficiency in Emburse/Chrome River or Concur, Power BI, and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel and expense experience, preferably government contracting.
• Experience with Emburse/Chrome River and Concur.
• Strong detail orientation and communication abilities.
• Proficient in travel booking systems and expense management software.

Responsibilities

• Travel Coordination: Ensure compliance with government and company travel policies.
• Expense Processing: Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Policy Compliance: Adhere to Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and company policies.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling corporate credit card statements and expense accounts.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze travel and expense reports with cost-saving insights.
• Employee Support: Guide employees on policies, procedures, and reimbursements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in travel and expense management.
