Qualifications

• Must have four years of professional building construction administration, planning, or project engineering experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.
• Travel to multiple SE PA sites required

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and renovation tasks to support daily operations.
• Provide direction to contractors, consultants, and professionals through project phases.
• Track timelines, resolve issues, and ensure plans are followed.
• Confirm materials are approved, ordered, delivered, and suitable for needs.
• Ensure construction adheres to codes, regs, specs, and agency procedures
