Job summary

Rectenwald Brothers Construction is seeking an assistant to support the Project Manager across all phases of construction in Pennsylvania. The role involves assisting with estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors on active projects.

You will communicate with the project team, respond promptly to issues, and help ensure timely turnover, closeout, and customer satisfaction while contributing to project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a construction-related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in estimating.
• Assist with planning and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Communicate with all project team members.
• Provide quick and appropriate response to issues.
• Ensure timely turnover of a properly constructed project.
• Support timely project closeout.
• Aim for complete customer satisfaction.
