347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects with heavy travel across multiple states. The role reports to the Project Manager and supports daily planning, reporting, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.

A company vehicle and per diem are provided, with compensation based on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in construction or utility fields, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel,

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience working in construction and/or utility industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite to include Excel and Word and other industry software knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to do heavy travel to various states.
• Requires strong math aptitude as problem-solving skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Project planning and coordination.
• Maintain and update construction schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors as the schedule changes.
• Communicate daily construction activities to CM and PM.
• Provide regular updates to the team on project status and progress.
• Update plan vs. actual performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and project communications.
• Review daily paperwork for compliance.
• Track and validate work units and deliverables.
• Verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork is complete.
• Enter submittals and documentation in client systems.
• Escalate field issues.
• Use broad problem-solving skills to solve problems on the fly.
• Ability to travel to different job sites, heavy travel.
• Heavy tracking and data entry.
• Overtime required during busy season.
