Centurion Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Eagle Travel Team at Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mt Sterling, IL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Nursing Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time position requires an Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and travel to facilities across Illinois, with assignments typically 90+ miles from the base facility.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience in clinical settings preferred.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mt Sterling, IL. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.The Travel Program RN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Illinois, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
