Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Travel Registered Nurse to join the Eagles Travel Team at Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mt Sterling, IL. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under Nursing leadership.

Requires active IL RN license, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year RN experience; travel between Illinois facilities with 90+ mile distance requirement. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, FSA, CE and more.

We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mt Sterling, IL. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.The Travel Program RN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Illinois, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
