Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to lead day-to-day project execution and quality controls across client programs. You will recruit, hire, and train Merchandisers and oversee Project Supervisors and hourly staff within your area, ensuring adherence to Driveline standards and client requirements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills, with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day heavy projects program execution and quality controls within a client, project, or geographical area.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retrain Project Supervisors and Merchandisers within area of responsibility.
• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly associates' work quality to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Control costs including travel time, mileage, overtime, and other expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with Driveline clients and store management.
