Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day heavy projects, ensure quality controls, and manage Merchandisers, Project Supervisors, and hourly staff within a geographic area. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to Driveline’s standards while maintaining client relationships.

65% travel and occasional overnight stays are required; a degree in Marketing/Management is preferred along with supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience with retail and marketing experience or retail environment exposure.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all active client programs in the assigned area.
• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly staff ensuring quality standards.
• Manage team productivity, time management and costs to meet budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retrain project staff as needed.
• Communicate with Project Supervisors and staff and document activities.
