Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day program execution, quality controls, and staffing within a client area. You will recruit, hire, and train Merchandisers, supervise Project Supervisors, and manage travel for assigned staff.

This on-site role requires strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. About 65% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience with retail and marketing experience or retail environment exposure.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project Supervisors and hourly associates to ensure work meets Driveline standards.
• Manage team productivity, time management, and cost controls for projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Driveline clients and store management; provide timely client issue resolution.
