Sage is seeking a Network Cabling Project Manager to lead planning, installation, and maintenance of cabling systems across multiple communities. You will manage external contractor teams, travel regularly, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include design, site surveys, installation, testing, and coordination with stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing network cabling installation projects, including coordinating teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end network cabling projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with IT, engineers, and vendors to define project scope and requirements.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Lead onsite teams of cabling technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance on cabling installation and troubleshooting.
