Job summary

Level 10, LLC is seeking a seasoned Field Lead to supervise onsite technicians and subcontractors across multiple projects in the United States. You will direct day-to-day activities, verify readiness, and resolve issues with urgency while ensuring all cabling and IT systems meet customer specifications.

The role requires 7–10+ years in structured cabling/low-voltage fields, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of field experience in structured cabling, IT installations, low-voltage systems, or similar technical field roles.
Experience supervising field crews or subcontractors.
Strong understanding of network hardware, cabling standards, and construction/jobsite workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% based on project demand.
OSHA-30 or related safety credentials preferred.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in active environments.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite technicians, subcontractors, and regional labor.
Direct day-to-day activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet scope and customer specs.
Conduct on-site surveys, verify readiness, and resolve issues with urgency.
Install and validate structured cabling, switches, access points, sensors, POS hardware, and related IT systems.
Ensure equipment is properly mounted, labeled, and communicating on customer networks.
Capture photos, documentation, test results, and as-built updates.
