Job summary

PCC Network Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to lead nationwide telecom deployments. You will travel up to 100% and oversee field teams to meet project goals on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, equipment and cabling specs, material management, and transportation, while maintaining customer satisfaction and thorough documentation throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in telecom deployments.
• Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals on time and within budget.
• Review and execute proposals, personnel needs, equipment and cabling specs, material management, and transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to Field Service Manager and Project Managers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all project aspects.
• Supervise and direct up to 20 technicians in field environments.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Work across the data/voice cabling infrastructure and testing processes.
