Job summary

ProAutomated Inc. is seeking travel-ready field service professionals to support data center startups across North America. You’ll perform on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks, and lead startup, checkout and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.

Expect rotations like 5 on–2 off, 10 on–4 off, or 14 on–7 off; you’ll be away from home, coordinating with customers and integrators. ProAutomated values teamwork, growth, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field (electrical, mechanical, automation).
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with automation and controls engineers to test and troubleshoot on-site.
• Provide clear updates to customers and project teams to keep progress smooth.
• Travel rotations follow 5 on-2 off, 10 on-4 off, or 14 on-7 off schedules.
